LAKE AREA SUITES

Primarily due to the need for housing close to Lake Area Technical College, the Lake Area Suites (a 24-plex apartment building) was designed to mesh well within the largely residential neighborhood it inhabits. 

The facade color palette was carefully selected after several sessions of debate between multiple parties. The final design selection represents the intent to provide colors and textures that will not go out of style, and to avoid negatively impacting the neighborhood’s urban fabric.
