LOFTS AT MAIN

As part of a planned development district, the South Main Mixed-Use Lofts At Main project is a 3 1/2-story development on a site south of the historic downtown district. The style reflects building types you would find in a dense urban context.

Perhaps the most unique aspect of the project is the large gathering space on the 3rd floor. This large open deck was originally retained for its community value, in lieu of placing another apartment.
