The Ribstein & Hogan Law Firm building originally housed Mr. Movies near downtown Brookings, and has received major praise in both its outward appearance and inner beauty. Chosen to represent the 'Arts and Crafts' style so prevalent in the early 20th century, the exterior speaks to its inspiration while balancing its reliance on existing structure.
This project illustrates a sensitivity in application of finishes and spatial configuration. Compartmentalizing the open floor plan into a 20's reminiscent law office shows what designArc can imagine when dealing with existing construction.
